Working with the Planaday team, I was integral in designing, developing, and deploying their first Guest Experience Kiosk. This transformative technology is now deployed in the top tourism markets globally and serves thousands of customers daily. This project involved an array of challenges including UX design, web application development, kiosk hardware integration, and in-person payment integration.

This project involved:

• Designing the user experience for a highly intuitive and interactive guest kiosk, focusing on usability and efficiency.
• Developing a robust web application to power the kiosk, ensuring stability and a smooth user experience.
• Integrating with kiosk hardware to deliver a seamless guest experience, from touch interactions to in-person payments.
• Working closely with the Planaday team to iterate and refine the system, achieving a highly successful deployment.

By reimagining concierge and guest services, we created an easy-to-use, customer-centered process that significantly improves operating efficiencies, incremental revenue, and guest engagement and satisfaction.
