Working with the Planaday team, I was integral in designing, developing, and deploying their first Guest Experience Kiosk. This transformative technology is now deployed in the top tourism markets globally and serves thousands of customers daily. This project involved an array of challenges including UX design, web application development, kiosk hardware integration, and in-person payment integration.

Planaday is a transformative guest experience platform (GXP) that brings the guest offering of hotels, resorts, and live entertainment venues out of the stone age and into the digital age. By reimagining concierge and guest services, we created an easy-to-use, customer-centered process that significantly improves operating efficiencies, incremental revenue, and guest engagement and satisfaction.
